  1. Please check behind Gariahat Market. Same case. And the biggest joke is that in Tiretti Bazaar area, just behind Lal Bazar Police HQ, there are parking mobs extorting tons of cash in the name of parking and according to them, they have to pay to Kolkata police!

  5. Why are you guys sensationalising false news? What kind of yellow journalism is this? As a news agency, you should have done a proper background check before claiming tantalizing fabricated facts as news. The area that is in question in your news bite is not under KMC, rather it is entirely owned and leased by KMDA(Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority). And KMDA has never banned any use of printed bills. There have been no notices or claims set by KMDA that all collectors must use any machine to generate paid parking invoices. Please fact-check your sources before claiming anything.

  17. KMDA does not implemented machine operated bills. And normally one single agency may have license in different place with different Govt. Body, so this human mistake may occure with different printed bills. Finally a copy of license paper retained by Govt. Authority, so any doubt of Illegal parking may resolve the issue on a sensible way…
