Reformation should be done under the constitution. This authority is only an assembly. Without a constitution and assembly, no one is entitled to change the rules of reformation of the country. No one will abide by these changes in future. It will become garbage and trash papers eventually. The majority of members of the parliament will make decisions and change the rules and regulations of the country as we know. A committee can't do it and will not be sustainable in future. It will not be mandatory for the next parliament and government as well.
